Order Resend / Return to Sender

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address or contact number, additional charges will apply to resend the order. We kindly advise you to review your shipping details carefully before submitting your order.

Refund / Exchange Policy

    • If Best Wins Organic is unable to deliver your order, a refund will be issued.

    • We accept product exchange within 15 days from the date of purchase if the product you received is damaged.

    • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method for easier tracking:

      • Credit Card: 3–5 working days (subject to card issuer bank)

      • Debit Card: 7–14 working days (subject to card issuer bank)

      • Online Banking (FPX): within 5 working days (if refund is approved)

      • E-Wallets: within 5 working days
