Shipping Policy

  1. Our delivery service is available within Peninsular Malaysia only for the time being.

  2. Orders will be dispatched within 3 working days after payment is confirmed.

  3. A courier tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped.

  4. Customers are required to acknowledge receipt upon delivery. For this reason, delivery to P.O. Box addresses is not allowed.

  5. Order redirection is not permitted once the parcel has been shipped.

  6. If delivery is unsuccessful, an attempted delivery card will be left at your address by the courier.

  7. If you do not receive your order, please contact us at bestwinsorganic@gmail.com or WhatsApp 012-488 3135 within 3–5 working days from your order date.

  8. Failure or refusal to collect your parcel may result in you bearing all costs incurred by Best Wins Organic.
